Using this website
The information on this site describes what we do and is not a promise of any particular result. Please do not try to break, overload or copy the site, send automated requests to our forms, or use them to send anything unlawful. We may limit or block access that does.
Charges for services we run
We build and run online services for other companies and take payments for some of them. Those charges appear on card statements as DEVELOPERDATA.NET; older charges may show as CUSTOMSAAS.
- The service you signed up to sets its own features, plans and terms of use.
- We handle the payment: receipts, renewals, cancellations and billing questions.
- You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link on your receipt. It stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
Refunds follow our refunds policy.
Project work
- Every project starts with a written scope and a fixed price. That document, once you accept it, is the agreement for the project and takes priority over this page where they differ.
- Unless the scope says otherwise, the price is paid in three stages: 30% to start, 40% at the first working version and 30% at launch.
- Changes to the scope are priced and agreed in writing before we make them.
- Dates in a scope are our honest estimate. We tell you as soon as one is at risk.
- You confirm you have the right to use any data you give us for the project. We do not build anything that is unlawful where it will be used.
Support
We aim to reply to every ticket within one working day, Bangkok time. That is a target, not a guarantee, unless a signed agreement with you says otherwise.
Our liability
Where the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Bangkok decide disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the law of the country where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
We update the date at the top when these terms change. Changes do not apply to a project or payment already agreed.
